Procedures for developing private brands

We start by holding meetings to listen to the requests of customers. PICASO COSMETIC LABORATORY GROUP provides total support to customers, including the proposing of plans, R&D and production, as well as follow-up support after delivery.

    Meeting, concept and sales route, price, product types and items

    We ask customers for their requests regarding sales routes and prices, product concepts, product types and items.

    Planning and
    proposing, planning of unique products, marketing

    We will propose plans for unique products that appropriately capture market needs based on our wealth of experience and knowledge.

    R&D and
    prototyping, prototype assessment,
    monitoring

    We will propose formulae in accordance with the developmental concept by making use of knowhow acquired through research carried out since our founding in 1935.

    Proposing of
    materials and designs, checking of containers,
    packaging

    We will propose containers and packaging designs in accordance with the developmental concept. We will ensure customer satisfaction in developing unique, high value-added products.

    Deciding on the
    specifications, price estimate

    Decisions will be made on all specifications before coming up with a price estimate. This will be followed by the signing of a contract, then the placing of an order.

    Testing and
    applying for permit under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law,manufacturing permit

    We will apply for a permit based on safety and stability tests, as well as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. We will also check the legality of containers, packaging materials and labels, and submit applications by proxy to public institutions.

    Production and
    delivery, packaging and shipment

    We will produce cosmetics using state-of-the-art facilities combined with traditional manufacturing technologies. We will realize safe and secure optimization based on a strict quality control system. We handle matters with great care until delivery.

    Follow-up
    support
